Volvo White Face Gauges (52 MM)

All white faces are available with your choice of
BLACK or BLUE characters.
I also have some BLACK faces to change a look or convert gauges from Fahrenheit to Celcius or vice-versa.

All faces have a Satin Laminated UV Poly Film over the front to protect the finish and promote illumination.

Volvo 5 Bar Oil Pressure Gauge:
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.
(Also available for 3 Bar gauges)

Also available with optional R-Sport logo.

Volvo 80 PSI Oil Pressure Gauge:
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.
This face directly overlays your existing
factory 5 bar gauge face.

Volvo 80 PSI/5 bar Oil Pressure Gauge:
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.
This face directly overlays your existing
factory 5 bar gauge face.

Volvo 10 to 16 Volt Gauge:
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.
The one at the left is Type 1, The one on the right is Type 2.

Also available with optional R-Sport logo.

Volvo Factory Clock (Type 1):
Available with BLACK or BLUE
characters.

NEW Volvo Factory Clock (Type 2):
Available with BLACK or BLUE
characters.

Volvo Oil Temperature Gauge:
The Oil Temp gauge was a Volvo accessory
available for the 240. This white face is available
in 150 Degree Centigrade or 300 Degree Fahrenheit.
The Fahrenheit and Centrigrade faces are
interchangeable too. Available with BLACK or BLUE
characters.
Also a BLACK face is available to convert your BLACK
Centigrade gauge to read in Fahrenheit.

VDO "30-0-15" TURBO GAUGE:
This is the popular 52 mm VDO Cockpit
"30-0-15" Turbo Gauge that VDO used to offer
in black face only, although I don't think it is currently
available from VDO.
This White Face (just like all others) is available with
BLACK or BLUE characters, or in "bar" scales shown below.

VDO "30-0-20" TURBO GAUGE (Type 1):
This is a "30-0-20" Boost Gauge
made by VDO (PN 150-121D). Again,
VDO never offered this one in White face,
but now you can have one.
Available with BLACK or BLUE
characters.

VDO "30-0-20" TURBO (Type 2):
Same gauge as above, but this face has a little different design
for the outer number indicator lines.
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.

VDO "30-0-20" "Boost" Tilted:
This one will directly overlay the popular
VDO "30-0-20" gauge (PN 150-121D) providing
a horizontal zero. Available with BLACK or
BLUE characters. You will need to turn
your gauge when mounting.

This is the VDO Cockpit 25 PSI boost gauge.
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.

VOLVO (OEM) 240 TURBO GAUGE:
At left is a conversion face for your factory
240 Turbo Boost Gauge.
By simply repositioning the needle, you will
be able to achieve a balanced and nice looking
"30-0-20" gauge. This conversion works well.
Note: I have found that some factory 240 boost
gauges respond better than others to this.
Again, this seems to be Volvo/VDO design
imperfections or inconsistencies with gauges
not originally intended for "calibrated" use. The problem I have noticed is a mild inconsistency
among gauges above the 10 InHg Vacuum level and above 10 PSI. Not all gauges are affected
though. This face might be right for you if you are running at or near stock boost (up to maybe
12 PSI). If you require perfect accuracy at 15 or 20 PSI, you should probably consider going to
a "calibrated" aftermarket boost gauge designed for better accuracy.

VOLVO (OEM) "30-0-20" TILTED 240 TURBO GAUGE:
Same stock turbo gauge as above. This conversion face will fit your
factory 240 Turbo Boost Gauge and provide a horizontal zero to the left.
You will need to turn your gauge 90 degrees when mounting.

Also available as a
BLACK face with
WHITE characters and
with R-Sport logo in
place of "VOLVO Turbo".

Same as above, except R-Sport logo added.
This conversion face will fit your factory 240 Turbo Boost Gauge
and provide a horizontal zero to the left.
You will need to turn your gauge 90 degrees when mounting.

VOLVO OEM Boost,
White with BLACK or BLUE characters.
These faces will convert your factory 240 Turbo
Boost Gauge to one that is a reproduction of the
factory face in white.
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.
**Optional "Wider-Yellow Band" type (not shown) is also
available, which replicates the wider yellow band
on gauges found in later factory intercooled 240's.

Reproduction R-SPORT BOOST - BLACK FACE.
This is a reproduction face of the VERY rare
R-Sport Turbo gauge offered by Volvo
in their accessory catalogs in the eighties.

**Optional "Wider-Yellow Band" type (not shown) is also available which
replicates the wider yellow band on gauges found in later factory
intercooled 240's.

Reproduction R-SPORT BOOST
- WHITE face.
This face is the same as the R-Sport face
above except as a white face.
Available with BLACK or BLUE characters.

**Optional "Wider-Yellow Band" is
also available, which replicates the wider
yellow band on factory gauges found in
1984 and later factory intercooled 240's.

Slight variation I made for a customer.

AMBIENT TEMPERATURE (C):
Here's the Volvo Ambient (outside) Temperature
gauge reading in Celsius. The white face shown
has black characters.

Also a full BLACK face with white text is
available to convert your BLACK Centigrade
gauge to read in Fahrenheit or vice-versa.

VOLVO FUEL ECONOMY/VACUUM GAUGE: Also available with the word "Vacuum" above the sweep indicator.
Text available in BLACK or BLUE.
A NOTE OF CAUTION regarding disassembling this gauge:
The disassembly of this gauge will likely present a problem. It is constructed similar to the Volvo 240 Turbo Boost gauge, however the problem is that the needle is very difficult to remove. Normal procedures that work well for all other gauges do not work for this one. An effort to pull the needle from this gauge may result in irreparable damage to the internal mechanism.

The Solution (Illustrated instructions are included on this procedure):
The solution is to leave the needle in place after opening the gauge housing per instructions. Then you will to slit the white face vertically with a razor or Exacto knife below the needle hole to the bottom edge of the face. Be sure to use a very sharp razor so that the cut is clean and thin. The cleaner the cut, the more invisible it will be upon completion. Finally, slip the white face on under the needle. This will obviously take a steady hand once you have put adhesive on the face.
