Special R-SPORT - Style #2
for your 1981-93 240.
This set is available in a few different variations shown below.
White faces are available with BLUE Text or BLACK Text
(with or without Yellow Accent around edge).

All faces have a Satin Heat Laminated UV Film over the front to protect the face.

NOTE:  A special 8,000 RPM* tachometer face is shown in Style 2A below (not normally included in a set unless requested). 
Otherwise your kit will come with a 7,000 RPM (with 6,500 redline) tachometer face (like in Style 2B). 
A 7,000 RPM face with 6,000 redline can also be ordered instead at no extra charge.
(**Please see Note at Bottom of Page regarding 8,000 RPM tach faces).

Below Photo (Style 2A) shows YELLOW Accent Ring and Text in BLUE.
Also available with BLACK Text
Available with or without Yellow Accent Ring. 


Below Photos (Style 2B) The standard 2B is the first pic below.  It has Black text
with a blue outer ring along with a silver-gray inner ring (kinda hard to see in this pic). 
Also extra R-Sport logos were inserted (Speedo and Tach).

  VARIATIONS OF 2B
It had been done with a RED outer ring also.  This example was done with a 200 km/h speedo.

It has been done as a 2B BLACK FACE set with RED rings also.


Below Photos (Style 2B Blue-Face) was created after a number of requests.  It is available with or without the R-Sport logos. 
As you can see, I have created some matching smaller faces for your 52 mm gauges. 
More are available.  Also, most of these smaller faces can have "R" logos or R-Sport logos if you wish.

Below Photo (Style 2C) shows black text... and the outer colored rings have been removed. 
The R-Sport logo does not appear, but can certainly be added. 
The tachometer has red-line at 6000 rpm, but your choices are wide.


Below Photo (Style 2C Blackface) shows a black face set with white text.  
The R-Sport logo does not appear, but can be added. 
The tachometer has red-line at 6000 rpm and yellow at 5500.
The "VOLVO for Life" logo is a new addition.

Below Photos (Style 2D Blue-Face) shows black outer indicator lines and can be ordered
with your choice of Black, White or Yellow text.  The text style is also a litle different than above... more similar to
the text used in original Volvo R-Sport (Rallye) gauges.  These are available with 200 kmh speedo also.

PURCHASING A SET FOR YOUR 240

The following sets are available for the R-Sport Style #2:
1981-85 240/260 with 85 or 120 MPH speedo and Tachometer or Clock 
1981-85 240/260 with 200 or 220 KMH speedo and Tachometer or Clock

1986-88 240 with 120 MPH speedo and Tachometer or Clock
1986-88 240 with 200 or 220 KMH speedo and Tachometer or Clock

1989-93 240 with 120 MPH speedo and Tachometer or Clock

Large (in dash) Clock Face also now available for above sets (no photo shown).  Most people want the tach.  Please let me know if you want the clock instead.

Above sets will normally come with the "H", "C", "F" and "E" printed on Temp and Fuel gauges.  You may order your faces without these letters if you like at no extra charge.

I am able to do other limited color changes or additions/deletions if you like, usually for no extra charge.  Feel free to ask.

**8,000 RPM Tach Note: Due to the mechanical limitations of the
Volvo tachometer, your tach will acyually only rotate to a maximum of
about 7,200 RPM before hitting the internal limits.  I doubt many of you will need a higher
reading than that.
